Know-How Exchange : Strategy

I am trying to find a game for my meeting. I have 20 minutes for this game. I have 15 people to do this game. Moreover they are full qualified people from sales, marketing and finance. I have budget to do creative things but it should give two messages to team after game they should understant the message.
Message is :
being creative and innovative using data
Being smart and prudent when taking risk
I hope that somebody help me. I have limited time to create this game maybe somebody who is working for professional training company maybe you had a training with this subject i dont know i am waiting your responds. Thank you everybody!
