This is a very interesting question in that it allows for interpretation by each respondent. Let me start with my own interpretation:

The real challenge here is to figure out how to respond to the question. I did that. Can you?

As a marketing problem this is like figuring out where the target audience is and how they solve problems and decide on purchases. That's the job of the marketer.
