Quick! Start talking to your target audience and find out what you need to do to address their needs. Don't try to convince them of anything. Just find out what it's going to take to make this workshop work.

You need to go into research mode immediately, because there's not much time. And don't wait for us to come up with the answer. We don't know who is in your primary target audience, what you want them to do, what their needs are, or anything else about them. (We don't even know what continent they live in!)

Also - since your target market is no doubt Internet-savvy, have them fill out online surveys to get the information that Michael suggests (for example, https://www.surveymonkey.com/). You may need to think outside your normal materials: perhaps issues around hiring trained people, or training non-programmers, or bringing in companies that are hiring specific talents (or showcasing people who have these skills and showing their accomplishments).

Sorry for the extra words at the end-- I'm using dictation software and sometimes it records things I don't intend.

If you are selling in the US, I would suggest hiring a professional copywriter or proofreader so that you create the best possible impression.
