Dear all I am looking for any softwere (better be web based)that can help me manage my student applicants for recruitment.

    I would just Google "Applicant Tracking" and see which of the results looks like it may meet your needs.

    I give up. Why are you asking a bunch of marketing folks about software for managing student applicants for recruitment? What makes you think we have useful knowledge or expertise in that area?
