Can someone tell me the difference between terms and conditions and terms of business?
Do I need both as a company?
At the moment I have terms of business and an acknowledgement waver!

    I've always used T&C for special offers, promotions or event participation, not for day-to-day business operations.

    I'm assuming that (a) your business is based in the UK and subject to the laws and regulations there; and (b) that you are an online business. Correct?
