I guess the first quest. maybe what type of company are you? I have to assume you are an 'exhibitor' as you say "dress up my booth"...
Generally speaking, your booth would be 'dressed up' as your co. image!
For ex. the colors of your logo/Co. brand image/ etc. Is this the first Trade show / Exhibitor Show the co has taken part in? Need more info to understand the role or position of your co. or group

you can try out with

1. Use the basic rule, When in rome do what romans do. It means attract visitors with the regional theme booths. Use your things in the booth but in their country style. Use any important thing of the particular country to attract visitors.

2. Give your product colour bomb bastically in your booth. Means if you are having a red colour dominante colour, use things which are dominant for red. Like anger, love etc etc.. Use different different things related to colour therapy. This is utmost way to attract attention and eyeballs.

3. Give your booth your product shape. I mean if your product is like a bottle try to make it in bottle shape. Your booth has to look like a bottle. This one I love the most as people will be more interested to come to your booth.

4. Go Green. It will add on the promotion part of your booth and you will get plenty of publicity.

4. Last way I can suggest you is try to come up with something creative and that can be done only when we must be knowing about the product. Do things or dress your booth according to your product.

I'm sorry, I'm not clear on this, is Orient express the theme of the Expo, or is Orient express the theme of your booth, or is Orient express the theme of an overall advertising or marketing campaign?
