Direct Marketing Or Email For Msp

We are a managed services provider
We are Now developing our marketing strategy
So what you think works better for Managed services; email marketing of direct mail marketing.
And for direct mail marketing should we use white paper or just a postcard ?
And should we follow up with telemarketing ?

    Eddy, who is your primary target audience? What country, what industry, what size, etc.?

    I'm not sure there's a stock answer that will be right for you, as the other variables (copy, list, offer, etc.) may be more important determinants of success than the specific medium.

    There are lots of folks here with experience that's probably relevant, but it's pretty difficult to answer your questions intelligently with so little information to go on.

    The choice(s) of marketing tools to use is a combination of your budget, timeframe, and target audience. But before you jump to the tools, make sure you start with a strategy (as Michael suggests).
