How To Improve Local Car Sales?

well i m from a local business.brainstorm ideas that might highlight my business in the area.there are almost 50 same auto dealers around me.is there any prominent strategy to improve my car sales?

    What type of person should be talking with you (more than just a person looking for a car)?
    Why should a person looking for a car choose you? What makes your service/selection/knowledge/price the best for them?

    Dont focus on the sale. Focus only on the test drive- they key sales step. The conversion from rate from a power sales step like the test drive is much higher to purchase.
