Planning An Expo Like Spa Event.

I am a mobile spa owner, and I am looking to plan an expo like event, where I bring in other Spa and Salon businesses to help provide services to attendees as well as other vendors who sell products. How do I go about inviting these other companies to participate and what is the typical gain for them, I.e profit, promotion, etc.

    By comarketing/fusion marketing with others, you all potentially win (if you all share similar prospective client demographics). You share in the expense of the activity and you attract potential customers because of the draw of having you all in one convenient location to experience. If you're planning the event, you need to specify the target demographic and the way in which you hope to reach them (ads, direct mail, phone, billboard, etc.) so everyone can figure out their likely cost/ROI in advance.
