since your brand is targeted to 14-25 yrs old, thats a diverse age group. some ideas on top of Arshad's global fundas

- find out the most frequented places (MFPs)(i.e. Supoer Market, Theme parks, malls etc.) of your target group. Also the occasions i.e. Valentine's Day, Friendship Day etc. (depending on your country)
- In the MFP make the Brand Icon Character (if you have any) do a promotion campaign during the occasions. The cosumers will buy the Chocolate Bar from the Icon at a discounted price will be eligible to enter any contest (i.e. games, quiz etc) and the winners will get some gifts/enter next phase of the contest. There will be a grand prize at the end of the entire long contest.
- Print a special pack that contains some questions in side of the wrap to be answered by consumers. They will send the answers and the winners will receive gifts.
- Alternately you can print puzzle to be solved on the wrapper that will allow winners to enter next level of contest. Final winners will receive grand prizes.
