Marketing Plan For Club Promoter

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hello,

I am a night club promoter and I am having trouble increasing the attendence at my events. It is a over saturated market, to many over night promoters due to the ease of online resources such as myspace.com and facebook. How do I find new ways to get people interested without spamming them like everyone else? Flyers are not as effective, you get too many messages only, emails get filltered out as spam, & text messages piss people off.

What else is left to try?

You can try a short duration relationship program which engages the audience.

Create activities at the location of your target market to introduce people to your club. eg do a mini-event at universities. Collaborate with a drinks brand to assist with giveaways during the event such as Smirnoff.

    Hii...
The only thing you need to do it so attract youngers...

    1. Start Making Communities everywhere on Social Networks

    2. Reward them for joining your communities and pasting its link to their friends and generating word of mouth as you can do it in the form of 100 paste card. Give them discount of 5 to 10%.

    3. Encourage them coming with their friends as many as people they can take with them.. give the sole person something in return.

    4. Keep a track on the programming communities of their college, school, office, anywhere. And post your clubs features their. And offer them something their also. Target organisers in this turn.

    5. Head for event management communities on social networks.

    6. Do blogging, write testimonial, invite people who have attended your night club earlier to write testimonials on your blogs. It will make them feel good.

    7. You can try out with gaming sites also.

If you're willing to do something a bit guerrilla, be outside your competitor's clubs and hand out coupons for a "free bring-a-friend" or a "free drink" (etc.) to people waiting in line or leaving the club. If you have the budget, have a limo waiting across the street from your competition, and offer to take them to your club (no waiting) and return (no waiting) to their car/home.
