Need Ideas For Hardcore Marketing Activities

Dear All:

I am in a process of developing marketing plan for new fiscal year for my Ear, Nose and Throat portfolio.

I need to know few ideas regarding the marketing activities I can work upon for my plan. Though i have following activities already included in the plan;

1. Creation of advisory board for Develoment of 1st National guidelines for management of Allergic Rhinitis in collaboration with medical Societies.
2. Trickling down these huidelines among General Practitioners through Symposia in different parts of the country.
3. Fun filled marketing capaigns like (Mango Day, Picnincs, Bowling competition, Theatre, Beach games, etc)
4. Annual ENT, Chest workshops and conference participation.


But i still require few hardcore marketing activities that can help me in building the scientific image of the company.

The target audience which we cover includes (ENT consultants, Chest Physicians and General Practitioners)

We have 24 representatives all over the country as well as 8 Front line managers based in different cities.


Kindly oblige with some good ideas....

    You haven't explained whether your portfolio is a single product or a suite of products; or whether it is prescription-only, or some component of it is over-the-counter pharmacist-advised treatment.

    product portfolio lies in following therapeutic classes;

    Anti-allergic/Hay fever Nasal Sprays
    Anti infective ear drops
    Oral antibiotics (moxifloxacin, Azithromycin)

    all the products are prescription-only
