Help In Finding A Database Program

We are looking for a database program to help track campers at a medium sized sports camp. We now use access but don't have the expertise to take full advantage of it's capabilities. Does anyone know of a relatively inexpensive online database program?

    Start with the reports you're trying to generate. What information will you input, how many different people will input/view it, and what type of security do you need?

    I used the ACT software package for about five years on dozens of marketing projects, and found that it was very easy to customize the basic records, very easy to add fields, very easy to generate reports, and that there were many built-in features which make it very easy to deal with names and addresses. Also, since it is such a well-known and popular software package, it is relatively easy to find people who already know the package and can handle data input and basic report generation.

    I looked at ACT online but didn't see anyway to track payments. We are looking for a program that will keep track of campers and their payment (deposits and balances due) for our various programs that we run during the year. We also would track name, address and other contact info of course.

    If anyone has suggestions, please send along.
