Setting Up Mktg Function- Policies & Procedures?
Hi there, I'm new to the website but was really encouraged by all the advice everyone posted. I'm hoping some of you can help me... I'm a recent (mature!) marketing graduate and have an internal interview for a job which entails setting up a new marketing function in my company: a medium sized, educational publishers. One of the initial requirements is to establish policies and procedures. I REALLY want the job, but in prepping for the interview, I'm getting bogged down in trying to figure out where I'd start in setting up these p & ps, more specifically the content. Can anyone advise?
