Need Assistance With A Mobile Phone Product Launch

I would like to know if anyone has any great ideas for the launch of an existing national telecommunications company new store. They have an orange white and blue brand and have copped some bad publicity recently about their customer service. They are opneing a new customer service sales shop in a regional centre and have quite a limited budget for this opening but want to deliver a hands on experience to their customers of all their latest technology in mobile phones etc. I am really looking for some innovative and cheap ideas for decor and enticements to get busines customers to attend this launch of a new shop and help to promote their brand and boost their reputation - all on a shoestring budget. They are looking at inviting about 200 people and providing finger food for guests over a two hour period. Any great innovative marketing and promotion suggestions that have worked???????

    Have you ever heard of a WOW card? It's an excellent promotional giveaway when you are trying to boast improved customer service. It's a VIP card that gives access to a personal assistant service. The card can be fully customized and the personal assistant will answer the phone with your company's message. It can be used for just about anything such as having them make dinner reservations, find the cheapest flight, get directions, etc. You can see more information on this product at:

    You could use them as a giveaway for the event or they also make great incentives for referral programs. Give a card to each customer who makes a referral. Give another one to the person they referred when they sign up.
