Does anyone have any iddeas on getting new customers to sign on for lawncare services. Any marketing ideas?

you have many options, but you might try the most direct and simple tactic first.

1. create an offer:

example: buy one get one free (if somebody signs up for lawn care, then you will do their neighbors lawn for free for one month, or three months?)

2. Create a door hanger card and go door to door to distribute, your copy simply states your offer and a little about your company (all your contact info, maybe a simple blog or website to visit)

Create a contest. People submit a picture of their yard and an essay why they desperately need your service. Winner gets a years' free service. All entrants get a free consultation. Showcase the essays/photos (with contact info made private) on your website, and invite the community to vote. Make it a PR event. Everyone wins.
