Please provide some more information. Information, such as where is the store located (country, size of city, etc.) and who are the primary customers you want to target (locals, tourists, etc.)?

A few more questions that can help:

Is this a local retailer, do you have an online presence?

What types of hunting products or services differentiate you?

Who are your competitors?

Who is your primary target audience? What country? What city? Bricks-and-mortar or online, or both? What makes you better than other hunting stores that serve the same market? Why should someone buy from you?

Tks. The store is in Queretero 1:30 hoyes from Mexico city. The customers are locals and some weekend tourist. There is no web site but a good earned reputation among the hunting community due a prior store located in Mexico City. We also offer hunting tours and coaching. Tks very much
