I have looked in to most of the other top programs/services out there. Now looking for user feedback and recommendations based on my specific needs.
Requirements:
1. Web based
2. Record and track new service inquiries.
Integrate email so inquiries can feed directly in to it and a history started. Currently use iContact for email campaign & contact forms.
2. Date/time stamp all communications
3. Program/initiate automatic prospect email followups
4. Integrate w Outlook and Blackberry.
While I would like some customization, fast and simple trump complex features.
If you use - or know of - one that you think might meet my criterion, please let me know why you like it.
