New Business Development For Crm Program

I'm in new business development for a technology company focusing my efforts on selling a proprietary web based CRM solution. Currently we use the phone, referrals and networking events to cultivate new leads.

In this market and economy, how do we develop new leads and how do we communicate that a CRM solution can be critical to achieving a greater return on investment and sales revenue? Our target market includes small and mid sized companies in any industry?
