"Older demos" is a pretty broad category, and it probably depends on where they live, how "older" they are, what action it is you want them to take, where/how you find/recruit them, and maybe a dozen other factors.

The right incentive, for example, in a nursing home in Florida is likely to be different than the one at an active golf or tennis club in Minnesota. Similarly, if you're asking for an action that requires familiarity with computers, some will bite easily and others will simply ignore you.

And in some countries elders are "part of the family," while in others they are isolated.

You will probably need to be more specific in your question if we're really going to help you. Are you looking for 90-year-olds in Tibet, or 50+ folks who like YouTube, or working seniors in Chicago, or golfers 55+ in Japan, etc.?
