Customer Touchpoint Mapping

If you have experience with performing or having someone perform customer touchpoing mapping for your firm, I would love to hear from you. Specifically, I'm looking for insights with scope and price. I would like to have someone perform a complete touchpoint mapping of our customers' full experience. I have no idea as to what is a reasonable price or what the scope entails. I was recently quoted over six figures for a full customer experience touhpoint mapping scope; no detailed scope was provided. That cost seems a bit outlandish. Thoughts?

    I just came across your post, and thought I should give you a quick response.

    In brief, any research project is a balance between projectability of data, cost and size/segmentation of sample. Touchpoint Mapping - a trademarked phrase describing MCorp Consulting's process - is no different.

    So a six-figure cost may be outlandish - or competitive. Regardless, without a clear scope and defined goals, I'd suggest that ANY investment is too much.
