Iphone App Error

Why does the app always shuts down by itself when it is retrieving answer/article (when loading)? Am i missing something?

    Dear Mwongson,

    It could be to save battery time, or to cut down on overtaxing the processor. Or, it could have to do with signal strength. Garbage in, garbage out, so the system shuts down when it's not getting the information it needs.

    This is strange - it only happens to MProfsQ&A app; it loads question listing, but not the answer. The screen says "loading, please wait" then crashes.

    Internet is fine 3G or Wi-fi.

    Is there a way to fix it?

    Sounds like a possible bug. Have you filed a bug report (https://www.marketingprofs.com/about/contact/)?

    I did. Hopefully the dev guy can fix it. Does anyone else have the same problem or is it just me?
