Integrated Marketing For Tech Companies

Hi! I need to present a solution on how to integrate all the marketing activities and track responses. Channels we use are tele calling, email marketing, newsletter, web leads, SEO, banner ads and document syndication. Currently the contacts are in in different excel sheets, i need a system where i can pick and segment database for various activities and track the response automatically. Can some one suggest a solution you have implemented in your organization?

    Enterprise Marketing Management or EMM defines a category of enterprise class software used to manage the end-to-end internal processes of most marketing components. It is to marketing what ERP and associated software is to manufacturing.

    I have personally spend more than dozen years tangentially involved in this issue, and I have learned enough about this issue to know that I am nowhere near qualified to answer this question. I do not believe that the selection and implementation of such a system is a do-it-yourself project. I do not believe that we can sufficiently educate you to do this right by filling out these little boxes. I would recommend that you hire a professional with a minimum of 10 years experience and who has excellent references. Good luck.
