How Do I Know The Market?

We have an idea of starting up a eco-friendly business in India. Making paper from Elephant poo.

But i was wondering how we could come to know about the predicatable market in India, and outside.

Also as a beginner, how could i gain international clients.

It would be grateful if u caould answer them for us

@ randal, it is not actually an untouched market, but has been vastly entered into. Though it is not popular in Kerala.
But i get the point of what you are saying.

making a business plan is certainly important, but is any help available in that? and any preferred templates?
