Bank Processes

Please help me identify and list the numerous processes in the bank. ours is a start up bank and this information will come in handy stremlining these processes.

    Wow, that's a short question but the answer is potentially massive...

    What kind of banking are you offering? Retail, Commercial, Wholesale?

    Will you have the full suite of products, or just transaction accounts?

    In which country is this bank starting up?

    Our bank is offering both Retail & Commercial banking, and our strategy is to go full blown on the products,we want to be aable to offer as many products as we can. Our bank is in Uganda, East Africa. I hope that I have made this Question easier to understand.

    Have you started by contacting COMESA (https://www.comesabankers.org/) or even ABA (https://www.aba.com/default.htm)? They no doubt both have a wealth of information to guide your startup.

    We are well on board with most of the applications. we, however struggle with various processes like account opening, loan processing and their implementation. The reason I asked this question is to check if there are some processes that our bank could be overlooking
