Telemarketing Advice
Our Rotary Club is selling raffle tickets for a 14 day river cruise in Europe next year. We will be doing direct mail to a group of seniors which have supported our fundraisers in the past. We would like a script that we can use to make follow up phone calls to those we mailed letters. What will be effective? What should the outline for the script contain?
