Social Media Strategy Outline

Hi all

do you have any ideas for a social media strategy-the correct steps in putting one together etc. I've searched high and wide but to no avail. I appreciate it will depend a lot upon where our audience is but it would ne good to hear from anyone who has undertaken this process. Thanks.

    Social Media covers a very large area. What's your current marketing strategy? What channels are you currently using? Advertising, PR, etc.

    In my mind your social media strategy should be a part of the whole. Looks like BizConsult had some good seminar recommendations, but my question is why are you looking for a social media strategy?

    I don't know, the way you asked the question made me think that there may be some other questions to ask first.
