1. Users need to be able to register for multiple tracks within an event
2. It has to have logic built in so that users cannot register for two events that occur at conflicting times
3. Need to be able to register for multiple events/tracks with one payment

5. Pay pal compatible

7.Searchable database with export options
Have tried looking on snowcovered.com and others and Event Calendar and Registration 3.0 from Invenmanager was the closest fit, but they don't allow multiple tracks within an event.
