Depends on the scale and scope.

You can use WebEx for a small monthly fee, as many events and participants (up to 3000 at a time, I think) as you want.

More highly-customised events might cost you tens of thousands of dollars to set up and run once.

    Thanks Chris.

I'm currently using GoToWebinar for hosting webinars.

Do you have any idea how much do vendors like InXpo or Unisfair charge for a 100 - 200 attendee virtual tradeshow?

    Thanks for the suggestion Jennifer.

Yes. I'm looking for full trade show capabilities. I'm already using GoToWebinar but this is limited to web conference. I'm urgently in need of ~ pricing for virtual tradeshow. Would appreciate any information with this regard.

    Thanks.

I just went through this. I spoke with 3 vendors - all offer similar bells and whistles - sessions/multiple tracks, exhibit hall, networking lounge, resource section. Pricing is based more on the number of sessions you run. On the very low end - for less than 500 attendees with only a few sessions it's $25k, but for a true 'conference' (multiple sessions/tracks) you're looking at a minimum of $50k investment just for the platform and production. Doesn't include all the marketing you need to do to drive people to the event.
