We are opening a new company we will be ditributors of our own canned food brand.we are not manufacturer we buy canned food under our own label and sell it in the market.
we have a small distibution network for a start.and our advertising budget is low around 30,000 for the launching.
i was thinking about going BTL and make POSM campaigns.or billboard campaigns. But still with this budget i dont know if if will be efficient.i dont want to spend the advertising money without hitting my target and i am thinking about a good launching strategy because our market positioning target is set between the top 5 brand available now.
so the question is:
1) what is the best strategy for a launching campaign that can be the most efficient and doesnt cost more than 30 k.
2) as for a start and with this advertising budget for a start to target a brand position between the top 5 is it a good idea or out of reach with such project?
3)i was thinking BTL campaign and below the line campaign, we still dont have experience about the display of the products. is there an online web site that can help us understand more about the shelves pricing and how to manage the display of your products in retails and key accounts and how much would it cost?
thank you very much for your time i always trusted opinions on this website and i believe in your knowledge and creativity.i appreciate your good answers. it is a big risk to go more public and hoping mu project wont fail.
thanks again
