Product Inventory Management

Will you please provide your feedback regarding the structure and organization for product inventory management related to a packaged goods manufacturer? Who should be responsible for inventory management in the organization?

    Don't know how packaged goods manufacturers differ from other manufacturers in terms of enterprise class software. You didn't indicated the size of your operation.

    As far as person responsible, by title an operation person is ultimately responsible, e.g COO who would delegate to person with a more specific inventory control title.
