Contact Center Recommendation?

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
I need a contact center to handle a relatively small volume of customer service calls for help using a website. Usually it's older folk who need some hand-holding in using an online service, or it's people using very old computers who have trouble with their Adobe Reader, or something like that.

Typical volume is probably 10 to 20 calls per day.

I'm looking for suggestions/recommendations on U.S.-based call centers that can do that sort of customer service.

Thanks,

Greg

that is certainly a very small volume for a call center. Have you considered a personal assistant/ concierge/ girl Friday/ virtual assistant? I am sure many of them are reasonably savvy on computers, they know enough about customer service to run their own businesses, and many advertise telephone related skills.

Telemoxie's right. Your best be might be a virtual or personal assistant

    www.TasksEveryday.com
    www.LongerDays.com
    and
    www.virtualassistant.org/ -

    might be good bets.

    I hope this helps.

I'd contact Rick at Caleris - 515-707-3081. He's a great guy and has a top notch operation.

    Good Luck!
