You could try: companies that have sponsored your experts in the past, companies that are already prominent in the Hispanic community, companies that have sponsored similar events in other areas of the US (or targeted to other demographics), companies that would like to target the Hispanic community (investment advisers), etc.

In terms of sponsors, Spanish language publications sound like good bets, as do The Onion and Village Voice.

Radio stations might also be a good bet, both in terms of PR, and in terms of sponsors and places to advertise, or on which to post PSAs.
