There is a famous saying “Innovate or perish”. I strongly believe in this. In the process of evolution mankind has created lot of innovative ideas and transforming them into innovative products, which makes A World of convenience.

My company has strong belief that we are committed to give new products which will make “human life Easy”.

My company is established in year 1992. I decided to start a business of innovative products and concepts.
The bottom line decided was
1. The product should simplicity the existing operation.
2. The product should be new in Indian market.

The business started with import of polyester swings imported from Thailand. A quantity which was about 1000 units was just to test the market.

As the products were new to the Indian market, various obstacles were faced Viz. There was no awareness about the product, so people asked lot of questions.

After marketing and Analysis I came to the conclusion that the best way to sell the products is by way of Direct Marketing – And then various methods were used as –
1. Participation is consumer fairs.
2. Demonstrating the product @ various shops, supermarkets.
3. Direct selling etc…..

The response was rocking and Indian concept about the hammock was entirely changed.

Company then added range of new products like cleaning mops which was new in 1994. Massage pillow, Electric heating pad added new dimension to company’s success. The products were sold across India by various ways.

Then in next 10 years company sold many innovative products like –

• Hammock
• Cleaning mops & brushes
• Electric Heating Pad
• Massage Pillow
• Handy Food Processor
• Dough Making Machine

Various fitness equipment’s like Tummy Trimmer
Choppers and grinders

Continuous efforts are mode to make customers happy. As the time changed new methods of marketing are ‘Successfully implemented.

It seems that your easiest way to market yourself to other companies is to become their India distributor. Therefore, pick one the niches you've identified, find the top 100 products (in other countries), and see which of these companies aren't (yet) distributing in India...and approach them.

    congratulations on all your accomplishments.

I would also like to compliment you on your communications skills. Your use of the English language is much better than many of the posts I read from those in other countries.

In my experience, people in the United States of America are quite sensitive to the "proper" use of the English language. If you want to approach USA-based firms, and also differentiate yourself from the majority of India-based firms, I would encourage you to retain a USA-based copywriter or editor.

    PhilGrisolia=Results...KISS...Keep It Simple Stupid
    Jay Hamilton-Roth...India distributor...spot on.

Pick a niche, know that niche, distribute to that niche. Once accomplished for several products, you have a process. Once a successful process established, you approve product and handover details to a "division manager". You then go on to a complementary, not competing niche.

I may not agree with the Top 100 products of a country. What sells in North America may not work in India.
