Unlike coaching which is mainly self assessment, we are mentoring students with parent wanting to SEE results.
I have done some research and many firm use the same strategy, offering free trial classes to students, but it sounded to me like it does work and build trust, but in a sheep-follow-sheep perspective (no longer provide the 'WOW they give trial classes!')
unlike coaching where a lot of the time is self assessment, a money back policy can be in place and would probably fit pretty well. In High school tuition, parents demand results that they can see, do you believe that a refund policy will work in this type of business?
I know some people would say if you are confident in delivering your service, then it wont matter. But sometimes its outside the tuition's teacher control and I am concerned if clients Miss - use our strategy; it can result in a greater risk of loosing profit.
If anyone would be able to help me solve this quiz, it would be greatly appreciated. What Strategy should i implement?
