What Marketing Strategy Bhould Be For A Snaks Co.

I WANT TO START MY OWN FOOD PRODUCTS COMPANY.PRODUCTS LIKE SNAKS,WAFFERS,NAMKEEN,BUISCUITS,BREAD & PICKELS ETC. SO WHAT SHOULD BE THE MARKETING STRATEGY FOR STARTING A BUSINESS & GROW. ALSO WHAT SHOULD BE THE KEY POINTS.

    Pretty broad statement - starting a business. What are of the business are you in - manufacturing, distribution, sales, etc? Where are you? Who are your competitors? Etc. etc.

    I agree with Phil, the first step would be to write a business plan. Check around the web and you will find business plan templates to base yours off of.

    The number one key point: Have a value proposition that will mean customers prefer to buy from you than from a competitor.

    Which means your business must be DIFFERENTIATED from your competitors.

    Also, when you write your business plan, please use upper and lower case - it makes for better legibility.
