Open House

This will be the first open house that we have. Needing ideas how to make it the best one ever. It is for an outpatient physical therapy clinic. We will be inviting Doctors and case managers.

Theme-will be xmas--we are planning it in Dec.

    I'm assuming by "best" you want to increase the awareness of your clinic and ultimately increase the business/referrals you get.

    First, give people a reason to come to the open house. What professionally would entice them? What would keep them looking around and talking to your staff? What would keep you top-of-mind to them after they leave? Don't focus on the gimmicks - focus on the key marketing issues to make it a successful open house.
