Before you can change what's sick, you need to understand what's not working and what the better options are (SWOT analysis, for example). For you market, who are the target audience? How is your farm better/different than the competition? What special certifications do you have? How many taste tests have you won?

I agree with jay the SWOT is the best thing you can do right away to get a grasp of what is going on.

The above suggestions are valid, but I'm guessing they may have implementation problems from your side of the fence.

Each "product range" will need it's own path. If you look at the mega Agra-companies -Tyson, ConAgra etc. - each channel they approach is handled within itself. Use them as your model and approach your markets not as you want to; the customer/consumer does not care what you may want.

Do a relatively sufficient market research to find out what they want, then the rest is strategy and tactics. Surprisingly, once your research offers answers to their wants and needs (not yours) you go to planning and execution of the plan.
