Need Creative Ideas For Client "identity"

Posted by wendy on 250 Points
My client sells custom bras at home parties. Each party has a "Fit Specialist" or salesperson. The Fit Specialists pitch the product and also take the measurements of the women interested in buying. I'm looking for ideas that will not put the Fit Specialists in a uniform but clearly identify them at the house party. My only idea is to get PINK seamstress tape measures and require the Fit Specialists to have them draped over their neck. I need more ideas to present to my client! I do not think that the Fit Specialists would wear jackets or scarves as identifiers. Any ideas would help!

Take a line from the famous movie Napoleon Dynamite:

Uncle Rico says "We need like some name tags with our picture on it, all laminated and what not. I mean, we gotta look legit man".

    Best advice ever!

What's the objection to uniforms, or even a single component of a uniform?

The pink seamstress tape is a great start. If you want to be a bit "out there" I have an idea about a tee shirt with a pink bra printed over the outside with the words "Fit Specialist" on the front and back and the client's logo.

Another idea might be to have the sales person wearing a strongly single-coloured bra (black, fuschia, orange, red, bright blue, for example) under a plain white shirt so the bra is clearly evident without the poor woman being half undressed. The shirt could be embroidered with the "Fit Specialist" term, and/or the client's logo.

Another thought: Maybe you could donate $x from the sale of each bra to a notable breast cancer charity, e.g. https://ww5.komen.org/ or https://www.mcgrathfoundation.com.au/

    Hope that helps...

How about bra earrings? Or use Venus of Willendorf (https://witcombe.sbc.edu/willendorf/willendorfgoddess.html) imagery.

Tape worn works during your show how about after? Is it used or just a prop?

Also a broach or is it brooch of Jays Venus would get attention (perhaps too much in public) so would a small Teddy BEAR. I'm told well fitted support garments are 'barely' noticed by the wearer. Baring all .. well?

They could also be a thankyou gift for clients ... in pink?
Conversation starter about your service... if desired by wearer well after the sale is closed.

I know you said no jackets, but you might be able to get them to wear white lab coats over their normal clothes. Let them personalize the coats with a lapel pin or two. . . (Clinique reps pull this look off rather effectively!) With the pink tape measure, I think you'd have yourself a well-identified rep.

    Good luck!
