Marketing A Procedure To Physicians

We operate medical clinics with a proprietary treatment for ED and PE. We would like to license the procedure to MDs. Can anyone recommend a document format to use to market to physicians? It should include sections like Sales History, Lead Generation Techniques, Co-op Advertising, Licensing Costs, etc. Would love to hear your ideas. Thanks.

    A document format to use to market to physicians? Huh?

    You probably need some technical support documents that you can distribute at appropriate conferences, through medical school publications, and via direct contact with your target audience. Do you have published articles in peer-reviewed journals? Is the treatment blessed by the regulatory agencies wherever you're trying to market it?
