How Can I Increase Cars' Sales?

Hello.

I need help! I work at a Citroen dealership and I need a marketing strategy (like an event, promotion, something outstanding but not very expensive) in order to encrease our cars' sales. This marketing idea should be oriented towards our dealership, not towards the brand since there are many other Citroen dealerships in the city.

If anyone has an idea, I'll be grateful to him/her.

    Phil is right on with what city? and who our Citroen's competitors in your city, and how many our french auto manufacturers? and do your sell other auto brands?

    The dealership is situated in Bucharest, Romania (somewhere around 2 and a half million people). There are a total of 3 Citroen dealerships in the town, but there are over 10 of other French auto manufacturers.
    The 3 Citroen dealerships are situated each in a different part of Bucharest, so it is supposed that we would have other targeted neighborhoods. But there are two major problems we have to deal with:
    1. the neighborhoods around our dealership are poor and the people don't afford to buy our brand. This wouldn't be so major of a problem since the town isn't extremely big so people from other parts of the town could come to us in order to buy.
    2. One of the Citroen dealerships has a long history in our town (in a period it was the only one who imported this brand. Meanwhile this thing changed since the French brand has opened a branch in Bucharest and became the one handling Citroens' imports). Our dealership has opened a year ago and we have started to promote it through tv and radio ads, outdoor banners and we had our cars exposed in different commercial centres. One positive thing of our dealership is our sales consultants which are more polite with the clients and well trained.
    What I am looking for now is an innovative idea, not very common through which we can increase our sales.

    Let people return the car after they've owned it for 30 days. If they like the car, they won't want to return it. Just make sure that they're not simply trying to use this offer to simply rent a car for 30 days for little money.
