Based on your numbers, it seems that if you can get more than 70/day per PC/console, you're making money (at least just covering cost for the cafe).

Are you thinking that the cafe sells hookah and drinks to keep people playing games or do people either come to play games OR drink/smoke? That's an important difference in terms of marketing your offer.

I also imagine that you'd rather have more people playing all the time (for less Rs/hr) than fewer people playing (at more Rs/hr). That'll also affect your pricing. Why not try charging 20/hr. If you get people playing 10hr/day, each gaming station will make 200/day, 6000/month/station, or 144,000/month. Add to that bottom line the sales of drinks/hookah, and rentals of extra games/controllers and your numbers look good and pricing as well.
