Telemarketing Software

I was once a CBSI Business owner, the company went
belly-up. I purchased software and hardware called a
waston card used for telemarketing. The software is no longer working. Where can I get software to run the
inbound and outbound telemarketing. Before the software was know as business manager.
Please advise

    That's one of those automated dialing machines, which calls and plays a recording?

    If so - sorry, I can't condone that form of marketing. If those machines aren't illegal, they should be.
