    Human resources are a waste of time except when they check for Cheating.

    Internal marketing indulges in a lot of Cheating, if not controlled by human resources, thus they need each other.

    If by any chance you are a student and this is coursework, then you will probably work in internal marketing and get caught by human resources.

    Or your professor who probably reads this.
