i m an engineer and looking to develop a social networking web.Can u suggest me in which domain i should develop the web , so tat it could be more effective in terms of space & user friendly.....ow to register in the internet etc.how could i get profit ?

    Are you thinking of writing your own software and selling it? If so, you have strong competition - even from vendors giving the software away (www.ning.com, for example).

    As much as I'd love to help you your question is confusing all kinds of terms: your domain will be your site name and by social marketing web I think you mean network.

    You'll do well here to rephrase your question, but first, you need to become more familiar with basic terms. If your plan is to create your own version of Twitter or Facebook the biggest question you need to answer is why.

    Why does the world need your social network?
