Opening New Laundromat

I'm intending to open a new laundromat. Due to demographics, most of my clients are low income and renters; many are Spanish speaking as well.

Any thoughts on reaching these clients in a very small geographic area?

    Low income generally means they live local. Signs in the windows. They may also use public transportation. Do you make enough for "Free return tranfer after 10 loads"?

    I'd door hang them. Make the hanger bi-lingual, one side Spanish, the other English. Go to the property managers of the complexes -- many complexes have laundry facilities, so pick and choose.
