Team Competition, How?

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
I'm sponsoring a $2000 contest for student teams from various universities and colleges to promote my product, Knowledge NoteBook software to liberal arts students.

Options to let the word out about the contest:

* Contact each MBA program at, say, top 50 b-schools.

* Find a website that the MBA students or the like frequent.

What else? Also, time is of essence.

Thank you guys, MP is the best...

    Karen,

"student association" is a good idea. Question is, which student association to go after? Picking up MBA type for the impression is these type of students enjoy some challenge ...

On liberal arts students, yes, that's the target market, of course any of them can form a team to participate as well.

On your "facebook... have everyone go there." you lost me there, if I already knew "everyone", then there won't questions...

    Thanks.

Thank you, Karen, interestingly inspired your thought of student association, I googled for MBA students association with meaningful results as well.

Probably you didn't have a chance to check out my product website yet, please do when you have a chance, see below...

Also, perhaps the following Contest Content could use some editing

www.knowledgenotebook.com is sponsoring a $2000 contest for student teams from universities and colleges.
What: to promote the learning tool, Knowledge NoteBook software to liberal arts students.
Who will win: the team that brings most traffic from a particular institution to the knowledgenotebook website within shortest time frame.
    Fairness:
a team from a small college, say, with 2000 enrollment, could win if it is able to get, say, 800 students to start to download and use the tool within a week vs. a team from a huge university with 10,000 plus enrollment, getting 1000 students on board with two weeks.

    Contest Requirements:
Team registration and a basic game plan is required prior to participation.

Caution: a team consisted of only one or two members is unlikely to win.
Alert: the game has just started...

Email info at knowledgenotebook.com for registration or questions.

    Best,
