Yes, services can be sold in a manner similar to products.

We traditionally think of products as something you pay for once and then use in an unlimited manner, and services as something that we pay for on an as-needed basis.

But you can easily sell services in the same manner as products. This is somewhat how auto repair services is sold through insurance. You pay a fixed amount per year and then you get access to accident-related auto collision repair services as much or as little as you need them. You can do the same with other services whether they are legal, computer repair, and many other items.

It is common for technology providers to sell a service component along with the hardware and software they sell to large enterprise customers. This is frequently sold through their reseller channel and the reseller receives a commission for selling the service package.

    Sure.

If you're a computer networking/installation specialist, you can sell a Network Diagnostic service (zap viruses, update PCs with latest software, run diagnostics to make sure everything is running optimally).

Or if you are a wedding photographer, you could have a Happy Memories package, with X number of photos, Y albums, and a video.

Go through the steps that you normally run through when talking to a new client. What things do you find yourself saying (or doing) over and over?

Turn them into fixed-price services, workbooks, videos, etc. (depending on what you're selling). Give it a name and a fixed price, and you're off.
