Where's Shakespeare?

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
Hi,

My staff are on spring break and they deserve a break and English is not my mother tongue.

How do we put the following text into a context that my new users would be receptive to?

The WHAT:
Ask the new user when he/she first installs the Knowledge NoteBook software to enter his/her email address so that we could communicate with the user for feedback, in the meantime if/when we find the user unwilling to communicate with us and we'll remove such user's email address from our list. I would think this would seem reasonable.

Text:
"
Please enter your email address: [ ]
so that we could communicate with you for your thoughts and comments about the Knowledge NoteBook software. And in the meantime, please rest assured that we'll remove your email address should you so desire.

Thank you.
"
Once again, the target audience are college students.

What's your version?

Many thanks as always and to MP for your kindness.

"enhancements" and "updates", right on, Karen, thanks.

With regard to "having them register with your site...", no, another cup of tea.... down the road for newsletter maybe...

    Regards,

    Don
