Where To Hire Speakers For Events?

Hi. I would like "offer" international speakers to businesses here in Norway.
But I see that many web-sites is offering the same speakers. Who should I contact that is professional and serious about this, and have a lot of speakers?

    The speakers bureaus really are the resource, though, if you know a speaker they will tell you it's not worth the 10% fee. They don't actively pursue clients.

    I'm curious, are you interested in becoming a speakers bureau, or or you interested in creating a series of open enrollment courses or seminars, or are you interested in promoting and delivering programs at individual corporations?

    I am offering event travel and teambuilding, and would also promote services as this, because its some related to events.
